Jitabat Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jitabat ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who registers an account or uses any service provided through jitabat at jitabat.club. By completing the registration process and creating an account on jitabat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Jitabat operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform offers slots, fishing games, sports betting, and other gaming products. These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment transactions, and support interactions that take place on jitabat.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on jitabat. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Jitabat uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are found.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify jitabat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Jitabat will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Jitabat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Payments

Jitabat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's three major mobile banking platforms. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• Deposits are credited to your jitabat account instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Jitabat does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.

Jitabat reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in the player's own name. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the source account and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on jitabat are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method are not permitted without prior approval from the jitabat compliance team.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: as displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 10 minutes for verified accounts.
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification before processing.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full.
• Jitabat reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact jitabat support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit multiple withdrawal requests for the same amount, as this may cause processing delays.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email with the reason for suspension where possible.
• During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play.
• If a suspension is found to be in error, jitabat will restore the account and any affected balance promptly.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.
• Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account after deducting any active bonus funds.

10 Responsible Gaming
